Dr. Fadel Nairoukh: A Lifetime of Leadership
Over the past 50 years, Dr. Fadel Nairoukh has earned a distinguished reputation as a leader in the Jordanian pharmaceutical industry. After graduating from the University of Bologna in Italy in 1975, he began his career as the responsible pharmacist in the northern Jordanian town of Ramtha. He later returned to Amman, where he established his first retail pharmacy in the city’s downtown area. Driven by a vision for growth, Dr. Nairoukh expanded his presence in the retail sector before founding Nairoukh Pharma in 1991—now recognized as one of the leading pharmaceutical distribution companies in Jordan.
 
In addition to his work in distribution, Dr. Nairoukh was a founding member of Jordan Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (JPM) in 1978. He also founded and served as CEO of TQ Pharma from 2006 to 2022—both prominent pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Jordan.
Dr. Nairoukh has played an active role in shaping the pharmaceutical profession nationally. He served as a member of various councils within the Jordan Pharmacists Association from 1981 to 1997 and later led the association as its President from 2002 to 2004.
